Shipping and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

General Return Condition

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  2. Has missing parts or accessories
  3. Is different from what was ordered

Categories marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned. Please check this while placing the order.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, and in full.

Replacement is available based on Ecopack India's decision, if we don’t have the stock or replacement is not possible, then customer’s would be refunded.

Return Acceptance Condition

We accept request for returns for the following reasons -

  1. Wrong Order
  2. Wrong Product
  3. Product doesn’t matches with the information shown on website
  4. Damaged Shipment / Return in Case of Tampered Packaging – the customer should take pictures and share it with us within the above given time frame.

Return Process

On receiving the request, Ecopack India will review, speak to you/customer (if required) and accept or reject based on the case of request.

On Return Approval – Return process would start and pickup request would be generated. On receiving the product at our warehouse, we would again verify the product and approve/reject.

Return Rejection

A request for return and/or refund might be rejected if -

  1. If product original packaging has been opened
  2. If the product has been opened
  3. If product is used
  4. If the product is damaged due to poor handling by customer
  5. If the product have been replaced with some other product while returning


After the return is accepted the refund is processed within 5 to 10 working days.

Refunds above Rs 15,000 can take upto 10 to 15 days to be processed.

Refunds would be made directly to the customer's Bank Account or original payment method.


Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours of placing an order. Order cannot be cancelled once shipped. Order can be cancelled if delayed beyond 30 days.

Cancellation charge of 3% + Applicable GST would be levied against all orders cancelled by users within 24 hours, except for orders cancelled due to delays (delayed beyond 30 days). 

After the order is processed/shipped - 15% + Applicable GST would be levied against all orders cancelled by the user.

Shipping Policy

Domestic shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-15 work days.

In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there can be delays. In such a case, Ecopack India will inform the customer.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All details related to shipment confirmation and order tracking will be sent as email or SMS, or both after placing the order successfully.


Ecopack India is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
