– 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your Ecopack lotus cups with eco-friendly paper liners. 

2. Roll out the pie crusts and use a round cutter to create circles that will fit into your lotus cups. 

3. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
